Microsoft Unlimited Potential aims to enable sustained social and economic opportunity for those at the middle and bottom of the world’s economic pyramid. The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is one of NGOs, working hard with Microsoft together to build a virtuous cycle of sustained social and economic development in different areas.

Our honorable guest is from Microsoft. Ms Clair Deevy, Regional Citizenship Manager of Legal and Corporate Affairs in Asia Pacific Region. Ms Clair mentioned that technology influences our lives and enables us to perform better at work. Microsoft and service partner help individuals gain workforce skills needed for today's 'knowledge economy'. The focus of this project, ‘Bring technology to life’ will be continued in the future.

In addition, she has talked about the Imagine Cup 2009. The Imagine Cup is an annual global student technology competition focused on finding solutions to real-world issues. Last year, there were 300,000 entries for the competition. It challenges competitors to focus their energy on the world’s toughest problems as outlined by the United Nations Millennium Development Goals.

Ms Clair Deevy manages Microsoft’s Community Affairs and ‘Citizenship’ programs in Asia. Among her responsibilities are the Microsoft Unlimited Potential (UP)- Community Technology Skills, NGO IT capacity building and Employee Engagement programs. These form part of the global UP initiative designed to help narrow the technology skills gap; aid global work-force development; and create social and economic opportunity by providing technology training through community technology centers.

「微軟UP無限潛能計畫」中，青協與微軟為合作夥伴共同推動 「數位能力社區培能專案」。uChannel 訪問微軟企業社會責任CSR /社區公益事務最高主管克萊兒•迪比女士，介紹計畫的理念、對象及於亞太區的實行情況，讓青年了解企業與社福機構於社會工作中的機遇。

克萊兒女士提到於波蘭舉行的潛能創意盃2010，全球逾30萬人參加是次活動。比賽的目的是鼓勵青年人善用科技改善生活，發揮無限創意。
